Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage accounts, and high-availability solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust security controls using Azure Security Centre, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Monitor security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (eg, GDPR, HIPAA) and conduct risk assessments.
  • Work alongside development, operations, and IT teams to integrate security within the DevOps process.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and Azure advancements.

Key Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (eg, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP).
  • Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity and cloud engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, Firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (eg, XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI for Scripting and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
