Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage accounts, and high-availability solutions.
- Develop and implement robust security controls using Azure Security Centre, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Key Vault.
- Monitor security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (eg, GDPR, HIPAA) and conduct risk assessments.
- Work alongside development, operations, and IT teams to integrate security within the DevOps process.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and Azure advancements.
Key Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (eg, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP).
- Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity and cloud engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking, Firewalls, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (eg, XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI for Scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
