Summary: The Azure DevOps ADO Consultant role involves restructuring and optimizing the client's Azure DevOps environment. The consultant will leverage their expertise to design and configure the system, ensuring best practices are implemented across the delivery function. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current ADO configuration and how the system is being used across requirements gathering, sprint management, testing and defect management, and task management
- Work with the Change and IT teams to discuss and challenge proposed changes
- Implement the agreed changes
- Train and upskill Project Management, BA, and Testing teams
- Produce written guidance documentation where required

- Strong grasp of best practice across Agile delivery: requirements, sprints, testing and defect management, task management
- Able to review an existing setup, recommend improvements, and challenge stakeholders constructively

The role
