Summary: This role as an Azure Cloud Engineer involves supporting a Customer CRM transformation program by collaborating with Microsoft and other vendors to implement a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position requires managing the implementation, defining requirements, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and delivery teams. The contract is for 6 months and is classified as inside IR35. The role is hybrid, based in Luton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors and design teams to manage and engineer the implementation of the CCaaS and D365 platform.
- Support project mobilization by coordinating efforts between internal teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
- Define and document business and technical requirements, overseeing migration and integration across CCaaS and D365 components.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Design and implement Azure environments following tenant and account structure best practices.
- Engineer compute and network resources required for the platform's optimal performance.
- Support integration and deployment activities across Development, Test, and Production environments.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) components and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure engineering, including authentication mechanisms (SAML/OIDC), compute, and network design.
- Experience integrating Azure and AWS environments.
