What We're Looking For
Deep expertise across Microsoft Azure core services: networking, compute, storage, identity, databases, monitoring, and security.
Strong background with Azure application services: Logic Apps, Function Apps, and App Services, with an ability to integrate them into broader solution designs.
Proven experience working with DevSecOps or platform engineering teams, especially around CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security automation.
Solid understanding of cloud governance frameworks (eg, policies, RBAC, cost controls).
Hands-on knowledge of Azure-native tools: ARM/Bicep, Terraform, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and monitoring solutions.
Excellent written communication skills; able to produce diagrams, decision trees, and design docs that teams can rely on.
A mindset oriented towards collaboration, mentorship, and cross-functional influence.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with regulated industry frameworks (CMMC, FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Experience with multi-region designs, disaster recovery patterns, and hybrid connectivity.
Prior work as part of an engineering team.
Exposure to advanced serverless and integration patterns, such as Durable Functions, Event Grid, or Service Bus.
