Summary: We are looking for an AWS Lex Developer with expertise in creating conversational interfaces using AWS Lex. The role involves developing chatbots and voicebots, integrating backend services, and utilizing generative AI models to improve user interactions. This position is hybrid, requiring presence in Dunstable two times a week. The contract duration is six months and falls inside IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex.
- Build and deploy chatbots and voicebots with advanced natural language understanding.
- Integrate chatbots with Back End services and APIs using AWS Lambda.
- Specify and optimize conversation flows tailored to user needs.
- Understand and implement relevant Generative AI (GenAI) models to enhance interaction quality.
