Summary: As an Infrastructure CloudOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions with a focus on automation and operational excellence. You will lead technical initiatives and drive continuous improvement to enhance financial services experiences for clients. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure Cloud Operations, including team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and scaling of cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and others to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
• Lead a technical team of CloudOps engineers providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and growth.
• Respond to and troubleshoot operational issues providing swift resolutions to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
• Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure performance and implement enhancements to optimize system resources and improve user experiences.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to industry security standards and compliance regulations implementing best practices for data security and protection.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new services and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of cloud infrastructure processes and procedures for internal use and audit purposes.
