Summary: As an Infrastructure CloudOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions with a focus on automation and operational excellence. You will lead technical initiatives and drive continuous improvement to deliver innovative financial services experiences. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing cloud infrastructure management, team leadership, and ensuring security compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and scaling of cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies for cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and others to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Lead a technical team of CloudOps engineers providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and growth.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot operational issues providing swift resolutions to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
  • Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure performance and implement enhancements to optimize system resources and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to industry security standards and compliance regulations implementing best practices for data security and protection.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new services and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of cloud infrastructure processes and procedures for internal use and audit purposes.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations and Infrastructure.
  • Proven experience as a technical team lead with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with AWS cloud platform.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Python, and Bash; desirable Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

About the Role

Experience Minimum 5 years in infrastructure Cloud Operations with experience as a technical team lead.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the deployment monitoring maintenance and scaling of cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
