Summary: The role of an Amazon Connect Engineer involves contributing to the development and implementation of contact centre solutions for a leading healthcare provider. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy components of contact centre solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
- Utilise knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, and Pinpoint to support contact centre solution development.
- Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.
- Learn and utilise AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact centre technologies.
Key Skills:
