Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and digital teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support the deployment of AI-driven automation tools, virtual agents, and workflow automation platforms.
- Work with suppliers and internal technical teams to configure and implement solutions.
- Ensure integration with existing digital systems such as EPR, PAS, and other clinical systems where required.
- Provide regular updates to programme boards and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key deliverables.
- Ensure projects comply with NHS governance, digital standards, and information governance requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation including project initiation documents (PIDs), highlight reports, and closure reports.
