Summary: The AVP Business Analyst for Financial Crime will spearhead analysis activities related to KYC, AML, and sanctions initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis scope, approach, deliverables, and governance for Financial Crime initiatives
- Gather and document clear, traceable requirements aligned with regulatory expectations
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation
- Conduct current-state analysis, control reviews, and data flow mapping
- Design future-state processes, controls, and operating models
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance
- Support solution design, testing strategy, and delivery readiness
Key Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience within Financial Crime or regulatory change environments
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and Sanctions frameworks
- Experience working across complex, cross-functional programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in operating model or control framework design (nice to have)
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio (nice to have)
- Experience with regulatory remediation or control uplift programmes (nice to have)
