Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out modifications and maintenance in accordance with approved drawings and maintenance data.
- Provide regular updates on any issues affecting the work plan, including proposed solutions.
- Report unsafe conditions to the Lead Technician or B2 Engineer.
- Perform precise wiring terminations and testing.
- Remove and install various shelves, panels, and equipment.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory requirements.
- Manufacture and test looms.
- Support avionics system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain the highest standards of tool control within the work area.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Key Skills:
- Completed an engineering apprenticeship in Aeronautical engineering or military equivalent.
- Previous aircraft modification experience.
- Previous aircraft production experience is advantageous.
- Excellent hand skills and attention to detail.
- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Subject to UK security vetting.
- Excellent knowledge of avionics systems.
- Reliability and adaptability.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Part-145 Training Requirements including Initial Human Factors and SFAR phases.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out modifications and maintenance in accordance with approved drawings and maintenance data, taking full accountability for the technical integrity of all work performed.
- All tasks will be assigned by the Lead Technician or B2 Engineer.
- You will be expected to provide regular updates on any issues affecting the work plan, including proposed solutions or recommendations where applicable.
- Any unsafe conditions must be promptly reported to the Lead Technician or B2 Engineer, as well as through the appropriate internal reporting channels.
- Precise wiring terminations and testing.
- Removal and installation of various shelves, panels and equipment.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory requirements.
- Loom Manufacture and testing.
- Support avionics system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain the highest standards of tool control within the work area.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Skills and Abilities
