Key Responsibilities:

Onsite On-Demand: AV Event Support Location: Atherstone,Manor Park, Twycross, United Kingdom. This Service Line addresses the Non-Standard AV Event Services Management process. Engineers are required to support scheduled engagements presented via one or more of MS Digital’s tools. Operationally, these events are to be supported via the Resident or Dispatch tech process, described herein, to assist in addressing tickets of this nature. We require that any engineer assigned to remedy tickets of this nature be actioned and remediated by only those engineers that have been fully trained for event support.
Onsite technician responsibilities include:
- Pre-planned calls with business group or dry runs – (administrative)
- AV technician to provide onsite set up service and will remain in the room for defined duration included in request.
Onsite duties may include:
- Assist users with connecting devices to the AV system.
- Routing content to displays.
- Joining room to Teams or Teams Live calls
- Testing microphones and audio in-room and on the call.
- Verifying camera functionality and angle adjustment via touch panel.
- Advise presenters on how to operate touch panel.
- Assisting with break/fix troubleshooting during event.
- After the event is over, help to shut down AV systems (in MPR) and return microphones to chargers after the event is over.
Reporting
- Includes updating internal tool, AV Intake Form with accurate site-specific event information: Hours, Locations, Languages, Interfaces and Ratios
- Engineer Service Line (Dublin, Redmond, Beijing and Hyderabad).
- AV Event support is a subset of regional onsite and dispatch engineer service line
- Primary Delivery Language (24x7): English (written and spoken) is the primary language for business communications and interactions. Local language proficiency to facilitate support of additional locations is critical.
- Interfaces or Modalities (subject to change): AV Intake Power App for Demand Intake and Email for communications.
