Summary: The AV Cisco & Webex Engineer role involves providing technical support and management for AV and collaboration systems within a leading technology consultancy focused on financial services. The position requires proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of CUCM and Webex systems, along with in-person support for various AV environments. The engineer will also be responsible for designing and deploying AV systems in meeting rooms and conference spaces. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor CUCM & Webex systems to ensure optimal performance & reliability.
• Provide Level 1-3 remote support for AV, CUCM, & Webex environments.
• Offer in-person support for Webex-enabled rooms & CUCM/Webex project work.
• Resolve incidents aligned with SLA priorities, escalating to vendors or internal contacts as required.
• Configure & manage Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, & Room Devices.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms, including troubleshooting call quality & admin settings.
• Administer Webex Control Hub & provide hybrid collaboration support (CUCM, Webex, Teams).
• Design & deploy AV systems for meeting rooms & large conference spaces.
• Configure video systems (HD displays, projectors, video walls, HDMI/HDBaseT distribution).
• Manage IP-based AV systems, including VLANs, QoS, & AV traffic optimisation.

• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP trunking, & Cisco Expressway.
• Hands-on experience with modern meeting room technology & Cisco/Teams hardware.
• Confident in delivering end-user training & driving Webex adoption.
• Cisco Webex Certification (Devices).
• Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms Certification.
• CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (AV networking).
