Autorek Consultant / PM / BA - Outside IR35

Summary: My client is seeking an Autorek Consultant with Project Manager and Business Analyst skills for a 6-month initial contract focused on a finance transformation project involving the roll-out of Autorek. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in managing the entire project life-cycle and delivering high-quality business analysis in an agile environment. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for producing key project artefacts and collaborating with global project teams. This role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Autorek finance transformation programmes, particularly reconciliation projects.
• Manage the entire project life-cycle from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch.
• Produce key project artefacts such as requirements documents, testing scripts, process flows, procedure notes, and acceptance criteria with high attention to detail.
• Perform and manage the system testing process.
• Demonstrate superb communication skills, including strong presentation skills, while working with project teams in global markets.
• Collaborate as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines.

Key Skills:

• Experience of working on Autorek finance transformation programmes, ideally with reconciliation projects.
• Experience managing the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch.
• High level of attention to detail when producing key project artefacts.
• Experience of performing and managing the system testing process.
• Superb communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
