AutoRek Business Analyst

Summary: We are looking for a Senior Consultant level Business Analyst to facilitate the implementation of AutoRek's Professional Services. The role involves designing client solutions, gathering requirements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position is fully on-site in London and requires strong communication and leadership skills. The contract duration is from August 25, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day support for AutoRek financial solution implementations.
• Facilitate workshops and perform high-level estimation during discovery phases.
• Gather and document client requirements and As-Is processes.
• Design detailed To-Be solutions aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Project Management teams to agree on solution design, delivery timelines, and implementation plans.
• Act as the customer advocate during development, ensuring alignment to agreed scope.
• Identify and manage scope deviations and raise appropriate change requests.
• Support acceptance testing, including triage and defect analysis.
• Maintain clear communication through regular status meetings and documentation of key actions, risks, and issues.
• Guide and motivate team members to deliver high-quality work in the best interest of the client and AutoRek.
• Resolve client queries and escalate issues where necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst at a Senior Consultant level.
• Strong understanding of financial solutions and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
