Summary: The role of AutoRek Business Analyst/Autorek Consultant involves working on a contract basis to support a finance transformation project, specifically the roll-out of Autorek. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance transformation and reconciliation projects, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to launch. Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Autorek finance transformation programmes, particularly reconciliation projects.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch.
- Produce key project artefacts such as requirements documents, testing scripts, process flows, procedure notes, and acceptance criteria with high attention to detail.
- Perform and manage the system testing process.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills while collaborating with project teams in global markets.
- Deliver high-quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines.

Key Skills
- Experience of working on Autorek finance transformation programmes ideally with experience of reconciliation projects
- Has worked through the whole life cycle of a project from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch
- High level of attention to detail when producing key project artefacts such as requirements documents, testing scripts, process flows, procedure notes and acceptance criteria.
- Experience of performing and managing the system testing process
- Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets including both on and off shore operating models
- Be able to work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
