Summary: The Design Programme Lead (DPL) is responsible for driving the delivery of the Design Vision within the Vehicle Design Programme Management team, ensuring alignment with creative and business priorities. This role involves leading project management activities, enhancing team performance through Agile methodologies, and facilitating communication across various departments. The DPL will work in a Design Studio environment, focusing on the creative development process from concept to production. The position is a long-term contract based in the Midlands and classified as inside IR35.
