Accessories Sales Channel Coordinator wanted for rolling contract working for luxury Automotive OEM based in Coventry 



Job title:     Accessories Sales Channel Coordinator

Location:     Whitley/Hybrid



Duration:     8 Months



Hourly rate:    31.09ph INSIDE IR35 (Umbrella)



Minimum of 2-3 days in office per week





Position Description:



Coordinating tactical Accessories Sales campaigns & rolling calendar of seasonal sales promotions



Creating rolling forecast for top selling



Accessories and managing stock holding and deployments against demand



Managing product run out activities, identifying and addressing surplus stock across the global company warehouse network.



Work with Accessories Sales Manager and Regional Accessories leads to identify best practise activities & lessons learnt, developing retailer case studies and reference materials.



Managing Accessories stock and availability reporting



Own process for commercial prioritisation in the event of supply shortages.



Continuous improvement of the efficiency of the operating processes of the central and the regional/market teams related to sales promotion campaigns for accessories





Skills Required:



Excellent capability in Excel and Tableau Reporting



Capability in project management, with experience driving cross functional activities working with a diverse stakeholder group.



Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop & deliver structured reports



Experience of Sales Planning, forecasting and lifecycle management with excel analytical skills and capability in Excel and Tableau



Reporting Knowledge Purchasing, Supply Chain & Inventory Management processes.



Familiarity with Automotive Industry ideally with Retailer-facing or NSC experience in an Aftersales role



Preferred 



A good understanding of automotive accessories products.



Able to work independently with the ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision Entrepreneurial mind & attitude



A team player able to support others



Have good analytical skills with the ability to find insight in data



Excellent eye for detail and ability to challenge
