Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Automation Test Manager
- Proven experience of multiple automation test tools - hands-on experience
- Strong background in start-up banking and challenger banking (beneficial)
- Deep knowledge of banking regulations and regulated delivery environments
- Demonstrable experience creating and owning test strategy and test governance
- Strong, clear documentation and reporting skills
- Hands-on testing experience (not purely management)
- Experience leveraging AI tools (eg Claude, ChatGPT or similar) within testing or QA workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern engineering stacks
- Automation strategy or framework ownership
- Experience preparing for audits, regulatory reviews, or go-live approvals
