Summary: The Automation QA Engineer – AWS role is focused on designing and implementing automated tests for cloud-based applications, specifically utilizing AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, and SQS. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Java and related technologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing. This position is expected to collaborate closely with development and operations teams to facilitate seamless integration and deployment. The role is contract-based for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using the Java Springboot framework.
- Create and maintain test scripts for AWS Lambda functions.
- Implement and manage test scenarios for event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge.
- Develop and manage test cases for message queues using AWS SQS.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
