Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support intelligent automation solutions across the business
- Translate Process Definition Documents (PDDs) into efficient, scalable solutions
- Act as a key escalation point for UAT and early-life support, and troubleshoot live automations
- Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Monitor, schedule, and maintain automation processes, ensuring optimal bot utilisation
- Integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows and identify opportunities for process enhancement
Key Skills:
- Advanced UiPath development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Proven experience developing Microsoft Copilot solutions
- Solid understanding of automation design, process optimisation, and exception handling
- Experience managing Dev/Test/Prod environments and release pipelines
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
