Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to understand and document process automation needs.
  • Design and develop workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Apps, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.
  • Optimize existing flows and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
  • Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational governance policies.
  • Work with IT and business users to test, deploy, and maintain automated processes.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and technical teams.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
  • Proficiency in related tools: Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP actions, and custom connector development.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance considerations in automation projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows effectively.

We are actively on the search to find Automation Consultant(s) to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities, streamline business processes, and build end-to-end workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity.
