Key Responsibilities:
- Support major vehicle programs with vehicle rectification tasks.

- Work full-time hours on a rotating shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts.
Key Skills:
- IMI EV Level 3 or Level 4 qualifications.
- Proven hands-on vehicle experience, particularly with BEVs.
- Elite-level fault diagnosis skills.
- Experience working on full Battery Electric Vehicles, not just isolated battery packs.

We are currently expanding our elite team in Solihull and are looking for highly skilled Auto Electricians and Senior Authorised Personnel (SAP) to support major vehicle programs.
This is Vehicle rectification and not Battery. We are seeking Electrician’s with proven rectification skills looking to take your career to the next level, we have a pathway for you in (BEVs) Battery Electric Vehicles.
What We Are Looking For
We have two streams available depending on your current expertise:
- Experienced BEV / SAP Vehicle Electricians (£23.00/hr)
Qualifications: IMI EV Level 3 or Level 4 with proven, hands-on Vehicle experience.
Diagnostic Expertise: Elite-level fault diagnosis. You must be able to confidently identify complex faults and feedback.
Vehicle Focus: Deep, practical experience working on full Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), not just isolated battery packs.
- Major Rec Electricians – EV Upskilling Pathway (£20.00/hr)
Highly experienced Auto Electricians with standard EV certifications who want to bridge the gap to full BEV status.
Invest in Your Future: We will assess your skills and provide access to the required transitional training at heavily discounted rates to upskill you to full BEV standards, unlocking our top tier pay rates (£23.00/hr).
Shift Patterns & Commitment
This is a high-earning, high-hours contract designed for dedicated professionals.
Hours: 12-hour shifts.
Rotation: Minimum of 6 days on rotation.
Shift Type: Day shifts and rotating schedules
Commitment: Full-time hours only.
