Your new role As an Audit Senior, you'll lead audits from planning through to completion, working across a wide range of clients. You'll oversee fieldwork, manage on-site audit teams, and support junior staff through coaching and review. The role also includes preparing accounts and tax computations, attending client meetings, and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, proactive service. You'll report directly to the Audit Manager and Director, and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed You'll be ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience, with a background in audit (pure or mixed). You'll be confident leading audits, mentoring junior staff, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Experience with Iris Software is beneficial but not essential. Strong time management and commercial awareness are key.
