Summary: The Audit Manager will lead the establishment of audit plans and manage a team of auditors to conduct risk-based audits. This role involves overseeing a non-conformance database and providing stakeholders with insights on non-conformances and improvement opportunities. The position requires a strong focus on developing and implementing assurance programs aligned with HSEQ standards. The Audit Manager will also coordinate external ISO audits and enhance the effectiveness of the audit team across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor an effective assurance program to cover risks detailed within the HSEQ Risk Register.
- Manage and coordinate external ISO audits and supplier/contractor audits.
- Manage and develop the Audit team to provide a highly effective service across the business.
- Monitor non-conformances and escalate areas of potential impact.
Key Skills:
- Recognised Lead Auditor Qualification.
- Recognised Internal Auditor Qualification.
- ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 Awareness.
- Working knowledge of SIPP and CDM.
- Experience in a similar HSEQ leadership role.
- HSEQ Qualification e.g. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 90001.
- Working knowledge of CDM requirements.
- Demonstrable Project Management Capability.

You will be required to provide stakeholders with visibility of all non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
