You’ll be a strategic and commercially minded marketing professional who can lead our audiology trading and activation efforts across the UK and ROI. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth business, helping more people access the hearing care they need. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering national, regional and local marketing plans that drive appointment growth and support over 1,000 stores. You’ll work closely with the commercial, product & marketing analytics team to identify opportunities, respond to market trends, and ensure the marketing activity is aligned with business goals. Working alongside our audiology brand and customer lead and optics activation & trading marketing team. You’ll manage a small (but mighty) team, overseeing agency responses to brief across media, PR/Social & creative. Leading the strategic response to competitor activity and new store openings – you’ll work closely with business partners and retail teams to help more people get their hearing tested. You’ll be someone with significant experience in marketing communications and media in a retail environment. You’ll need to be confident managing large budgets, leading teams, communicating and influencing senior stakeholders. Analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
