Summary: The Audio Visual Engineer role focuses on providing expert 2nd/3rd line support for enterprise AV and VoIP solutions, specifically involving CUCM and Webex technologies. The position requires managing and troubleshooting various video conferencing systems and ensuring seamless communication for key clients. The role is based in London and is offered as a 6-12 month contract outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and troubleshooting Webex, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Crestron control systems.
• Monitoring, configuring, and maintaining CUCM, Webex Control Hub, SIP trunking, and VoIP services.
• Supporting and integrating Webex Room Kits, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video hardware, and large event setups.
• Handling escalations, troubleshooting voice, video, and connectivity issues, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Working with IP-based AV, VLANs, QoS, HDMI, HDBaseT, and room scheduling systems.
• Providing proactive and reactive support both remotely and at client sites (London-based).

Key Skills:

• 3-5 years' experience in AV & UC support, with hands-on expertise in CUCM, Webex, VoIP, and meeting room tech.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Cisco Webex, Teams, Zoom, Crestron, and digital PBX systems.
• Experience with AV networking, SIP trunking, QoS, and large-scale video conferencing.
• Certifications (Desirable): CTS, Crestron CCP, Cisco Webex Cert, Microsoft Teams Rooms Cert, CompTIA Network+, CCNA.
