Summary: The role of an Atlassin Engineer involves leading the design and migration of Jira and Confluence within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, and perform migration of Jira and Confluence.
• Provide ongoing enhancement and administration of Jira and Confluence.
• Develop bespoke Jira projects to support business needs.
• Integrate Jira with Service Now for incident management.
• Conduct performance tuning of Jira and Confluence.
• Co-design effective Jira workflows with delivery leaders.
• Manage administration functions for user requests and custom workflows.
• Review and improve security groups and roles.
