Summary: The role of an Atlassian Developer involves working closely with a team to manage the development and migration processes of Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence. The position requires expertise in planning, executing, and validating migrations from a Wealth version of Jira to a Group version. Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scoping data, users and configuration migration
  • Evaluate Jira migration requirement - data, configurations, users and workflows
  • Prepare pre-migration and execution plan
  • Support testing to prove migration outcomes
  • Execute migration and validate configuration
  • Support post migration activities, troubleshooting and documentation
  • Provide training support
  • Administer and maintain Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management
  • Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, schemes, and permissions
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
  • Manage user access, roles, and license usage
  • Translate business requirements into standardised Jira configurations
  • Enforce best practices, governance, and naming conventions

Your Profile

As a Atlassian product expert you will be working closely with the team and working on the development and migration processes. You will guide need to work in managing delivery, adhering to milestones with knowledge of Atlassian products ie Jira and Confluence to migrate from Wealth version of Jira to the Group version of Jira
