Summary: We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator with 8 to 10 years of expertise in managing the full Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the full Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
  • Customize Jira workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and content structuring to enhance knowledge management.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of Atlassian platforms.
  • Implement best practices for user management, access control, and data security.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide scalable Atlassian solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and migration of Atlassian environments.
