Atlassian Admin - 2nd/3rd Line - SC Cleared

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an Atlassian Admin to join the organisation on an initial 3-month contract. This is an immediate requirement and the client is keen to support a quick onboarding process.
The requirement is for an Atlassian Administrator who can operate at 2nd/3rd line level, supporting existing Atlassian requirements across the DDAT estate and managing an Atlassian knowledge log and retention of Atlassian processes within the organisation.
The successful candidate will have experience of Atlassian administration, you will be technically savvy and self-motivated and show a keen interest in solving Atlassian requests/queries across the client estate.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience of Atlassian Enterprise
• A foundation of technical skills, including database management and JQL (basic)
• Implementation of project management and prioritisation is essential
• Experience of building standards and knowledge articles for the use of Atlassian products
• The ability to communicate concepts in simple terms to users and stakeholders at all levels with varying technical expertise
