Summary: The Associate Supply Chain Administrator at OQC will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain processes, including procurement and supplier management. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting finance activities and maintaining supplier relationships. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function. Candidates should possess relevant experience and qualifications in supply chain or business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end purchase order processes, including order placement, tracking, and system updates
- Coordinating with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve delays
- Maintaining accurate supplier data, records, and documentation across systems (e.g. NetSuite)
- Acting as the main contact for returns, exchanges, and supplier issue resolution
- Supporting finance activities including payment queries, refunds, reconciliations, and PO closure
- Handling goods-in, stock allocation, and preparing items for dispatch and deployment activities
- Identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
- Experience in an administrative, procurement, or supply chain support role
- Experience working with purchase orders, suppliers, or finance coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High attention to detail with accurate data handling and system usage
- Confident communicator able to work across suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take ownership
- Relevant qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus

- Background in a fast-paced or technical environment
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills

The Role
