Detailed Description From Employer:

We are a boutique recruitment consultancy operating at the intersection of financial services and private equity. Built on genuine relationships, we work with a select group of clients who trust us to identify exceptional talent at the senior level. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially minded graduate to join our close-knit team and make an immediate contribution. This is a role with genuine depth and variety. You will work across the full recruitment lifecycle, researching and identifying senior candidates across financial markets and private equity, engaging them by telephone, and managing relationships with accomplished professionals throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with experienced consultants on live assignments, contribute to candidate pipeline management, and develop a working knowledge of an industry where judgement, integrity, and relationship-building are everything. Client and candidate exposure comes early here; this is not a role where you will spend your first year in the background. We are looking for a 2025 or 2026 graduate who is genuinely curious about financial markets and private equity, confident in conversation, and comfortable picking up the phone. You will need to hold your own when speaking with senior individuals, which calls for preparation, natural warmth, and the ability to build credibility quickly. An authentic interest in the financial world is essential, not necessarily a specialism, but a real enthusiasm that comes through in how you engage. The strongest candidates will bring clear verbal and written communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and the drive to perform in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable adopting new systems and tools, and you will take pride in the quality of your work and the relationships you build. A degree-level qualification is required. In return, we offer a three-to-six-month contract with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate. The role is hybrid, with three days based in our London office and two days remote. You will join a small, experienced team where real responsibility is given from day one, alongside a competitive salary commensurate with experience. If you are a recent graduate with a genuine interest in financial markets and the ambition to build a career in specialist recruitment, we would welcome a conversation. Please apply directly or reach out to discuss the role.
