Associate Programme Delivery Manager

The hiring team is flexible with the base office of the candidates, this can be Bristol, Manchester or London
The current team is spread across Bristol, London and Manchester and operates flexibly, there are no set minimum onsite days per week. However, candidates are expected to be flexible in attending team days as needed (Approximately once every two weeks)
We are seeking an organised and proactive Associate Programme Delivery Manager to join a busy Programme Office team supporting a large-scale delivery function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, coordination and data management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple workstreams. The role would suit candidates from PMO support, programme coordination, executive assistant, recruitment coordination or business support backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise shared inboxes and programme mailboxes.
- Maintain accurate programme and recruitment data across spreadsheets and tracking systems.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and recruitment administration activities.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings and programme-related activities.
- Produce and maintain management information, reports and trackers.
- Support governance, planning and programme office processes.
- Monitor actions, updates and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programme office processes, templates and ways of working.
- Provide administrative support across a growing and collaborative team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, programme support, PMO support or coordination role.
- Strong experience managing busy mailboxes and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining and updating data records.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Recruitment coordination or interview scheduling experience.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Exposure to programme, project or portfolio office environments.
- Public sector experience.
- Experience using Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of governance processes, reporting or programme administration.
Security Requirements
Candidates must hold active or transferable SC Clearance, or be eligible to work initially under BPSS while clearance arrangements are completed.
