Summary: The Associate Product Manager at Indeed Flex will serve as a crucial link between the Workforce Management Product & Engineering team and the broader organization, focusing on customer support and service excellence. This role involves prioritizing support tickets, understanding product intricacies, and utilizing customer feedback to enhance product offerings. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in software development to drive data-informed decisions that improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Workforce Management Product & Engineering and the wider Flex organization to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Triage customer support tickets based on severity and customer impact, collaborating with the Engineering team for timely resolution.
- Identify support themes, advocate for operational priorities, and collaborate with product managers and engineering partners to create and prioritize Jira issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and its features to provide accurate support, including creating documentation and FAQs.
- Use customer feedback and support data to recommend product improvements and enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement of support processes, implementing necessary tools and training.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Over 2 years of experience working on a software development team and using JIRA.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
