From front-end user interface to customer intelligence, risk management and odds compiling, all built on our in-house developed software, we strive to deliver the ultimate service and solution to our partners.Our vision is to create the world s leading sports betting experiences, together with our partners.Type of contract: permanent Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office The Team: Kambi is looking for a talented Associate Legal Counsel, to be based in our London office, to join our award-winning Commercial Legal team as part of Kambi s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide commercial support to the Kambi business globally.As an Associate Legal Counsel, your day-to-day work will look like: Providing support across Kambi operations globally, advising on a range of commercial legal issues with a primary focus on B2B commercial contracts with our customers and suppliers.Working closely with senior lawyers and other business stakeholders to review and negotiate complex contracts.Supporting internal process improvement projects within the legal team (such as updating precedents and playbooks).The role will also include opportunities to be involved with data protection, IP, corporate, employment and dispute resolution projects (dependent on interests and experience). You ll be a great fit for the role, if you have: 3-5 years PQE, gained either in private practice or in house (whether by secondment or otherwise).Significant commercial contract drafting experience, in particular in the technology/software sectorExperience of having led or supported on contract negotiations, preferably on behalf of supplier/sales organisations.Experience of direct engagement with stakeholders for the provision of strategic commercial advice.Ability to analyse complex legal and commercial issues, and to prepare succinct, solution oriented advice. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude. Let s talk about what s in it for you?
