The HR patch Ltd is an independent HR consultancy founded in 2016 supporting businesses across various sectors with bespoke, hands-on HR solutions. Our focus is on providing expert advice, building strong client relationships, and delivering ethical outcomes that make a real difference in the workplace. Currently our customers include a broad range of industries all over the UK, but we are now looking to grow our client base more locally in the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire areas.
We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Consultant with a strong background in Employee Relations to join our growing team. This is a freelance / self-employed role, working closely with clients to provide high-quality, practical HR support on complex ER issues. We are looking for someone to be available 5 days a week, with occasional visits to our office in Frimley, but your working hours would be based on the clients needs and your availability with flexibility. The HR patch can offer flexibility in the role and opportunities to enhance your HR experience with the diverse range of projects that we undertake, whilst fully supported by the Director and a team of consultants.
