We are recruiting on behalf of an NHS client for an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month contract, available on either a fixed-term contract or £240 per day umbrella.
The successful candidate will have strong NHS Employee Relations experience, with excellent knowledge across all aspects of ER. Experience of supporting change and consultation processes would be advantageous, but candidates with a willingness to learn and get involved will also be considered.
Requirements:
- Strong NHS HR experience at Band 7 level
- Excellent ER knowledge and case management experience
- Able to support managers with practical HR advice
- Change/consultation experience desirable
- Must be available at short notice
