Summary: The Associate HR Business Partner role involves providing expert HR advice and support to line managers within a London-based NHS organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to line managers.
- Collaborate with the People Partner and Senior People and Culture Partners.
- Manage workforce information, terms and conditions, and HR processes.
- Advise on policy, grading, and all aspects of workforce performance.
- Support development, change programmes, and employee relations.
Key Skills:
- Experience at a Senior HR Advisor / Associate Business Partner level.
- Public sector experience, preferably within the NHS.
- Ability to start within 2 weeks.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workforce management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
