Summary: The Associate HR Business Partner will work within the People Services team, partnering with business leaders to implement comprehensive employee life-cycle plans. This role involves acting as an internal consultant to bridge the gap between the business and HR, driving innovative HR solutions. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract, focusing on enhancing HR processes and employee engagement. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to analyze data for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, resolving complex queries and contracting on key activities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Business Leaders and the HR team for accurate support.
  • Identify and drive process enhancements, proposing options to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets business expectations.
  • Facilitate communication across HR to share best practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people solutions.
