- Perform validation and effectiveness reviews of trade surveillance programs to assess regulatory and product coverage.
- Partner with regional surveillance teams to interpret results and improve alert productivity. Support the development of dashboards, reporting packs and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to enhancing global methodologies and operating standards.
Key Skills:
- 4-7 years' experience in surveillance, compliance or analytics within institutional trading or wealth management.
