Summary: The Associate Director BPT Belux at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is a strategic role focused on driving digital transformation and enhancing business value through technology. This position serves as a key liaison between the Belux Leadership Team and the global BPT function, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and performance improvement. The role involves leading BPT projects, developing local strategies, and fostering a strong community among BPT colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor on BPT-related topics for the Belux business.
- Serve as the key liaison in global BPT discussions and align local strategy with global priorities.
- Champion business outcomes by focusing on value creation through technology.
- Co-develop the local BPT strategy and roadmap in partnership with central BPT teams.
- Lead and ensure successful delivery of BPT projects and services within Belux.
- Act as the Belux lead for Business Transformation tech enablement workstream (Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA).
- Collaborate with central teams on local IT initiatives and project alignment.
- Organize workshops on AI, digital innovation, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Provide actionable business analysis and co-create business cases with stakeholders.
- Foster engagement and community among BPT colleagues in Belux.
- Play an active role in talent development and mentoring future BPT leaders.
Key Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project delivery and team leadership.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Experience in managing and developing teams with a collaborative leadership style.
- Solid understanding of business processes and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems and solutions design.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce, and knowledge of data and analytics tools.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
