Job Purpose: The Associate Data Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate capture of financial data from a range of insurance companies. They will be required to validate the data reported by UK and European insurers in their regulatory filings. The ADA will gain significant exposure into the accounting principles of insurance accounting practices internationally.
About the Team Within the Group, A.M. Best Europe – Information Services (AMBEIS) is based in London and is responsible for the supply of information products and data on the insurance industry to Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The International Data Team (IDT) are responsible for the collation of financial data for inclusion within both the ratings process and data products. The team supply data for a range of AM Best flagship products as well as data feeds directly to a number of corporate clients. The team are also responsible for working with internal and external clients providing analysis for market briefing, research assignments and press comments.
