Key Responsibilities:

  • Request and evaluate supplier quotations, conduct cost analysis, maintain pricing records, and manage supplier communications.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow internal procedures and industry best practices.
  • Lead and support sourcing projects, troubleshoot procurement challenges, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and build strong, lasting vendor relationships.
  • Work closely with the Site Buyer and contribute to broader procurement initiatives across the business.
  • Use a range of systems including Microsoft Office, Power BI, PROcure, Glovia, and others to support day-to-day operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM).
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from contract negotiation and bid evaluation to purchase order issuance and inventory monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support compliance efforts.
  • Provide cover for the Legacy/Service Buyer during absences.
  • Support the Direct Procurement team in preparing for internal and external audits.
