Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer interactions accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Claims, Finance, Compliance, and Management Services on portfolio matters
- Supporting other team members to meet service and quality standards
- Producing management information, reports, and presentations for senior managers and underwriters
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with brokers and clients
- Supporting broker onboarding and training to encourage self-sufficiency on digital platforms
- Identifying opportunities to improve service and customer experience
Key Skills:
- Previous insurance experience
- Accurate, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, including spreadsheets
- Experience in accurate, high-volume data entry advantageous

The Role
As an Assistant Underwriter, you will provide efficient and effective service to brokers and clients through digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:
