Position: Assistant Site Manager

Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

Hourly Rate:  26 per hour

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a new build housing development in Sunderland. If you have experience managing CML processes and ensuring compliance with NHBC standards, we d love to hear from you.

As Assistant Site Manager, you ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating CML (Completion of Mortgage Lender) processes.


• Ensuring all construction work meets NHBC requirements and quality standards.


• Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure timely project progress.


• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.


• Providing regular updates to the Site Manager and addressing any project challenges.

We re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience on new build housing developments.


• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and CML handover processes.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams effectively.


• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.


• A proactive, hands-on approach to site management.
