A leading renewable service provider is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a 40MW solar farm project local to Kidderminster, West Midlands. Working 10-hour days, you will assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily construction activities, supervising civil, mechanical and electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on programme. Responsibilities include supporting HSE, coordinating plant and materials, and accurate site documentation. Previous supervisory/assistant site management experience for construction is required; solar farm experience is most desirable, although strong civil, electrical or building backgrounds will be considered.

This is a 12-month contract, likely to run for 15-18 months, operating outside IR35. Saturday working hours are 8am-1pm, with workers paid for a full day.
