Summary: The Assistant Product Manager for Savings will support the operational management of deposit raising aligned with the Savings Funding Strategy at Secure Trust Bank. This role involves product management, performance reporting, and enhancing the bank's product offerings to ensure optimal customer outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to a small Product team and is expected to develop their career within financial services. The position is an internal secondment opportunity for 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of deposit raising against the Savings Funding Strategy.
- Assist in managing the front and back-book product set.
- Contribute to product planning and performance reporting.
- Provide feedback and analysis through product reviews.
- Enhance the STB proposition to ensure the best customer outcomes.
- Support structured and methodical product and data processes with appropriate documentation.
Key Skills:
- Practical experience in managing consumer products, preferably in financial services.
- Ability to execute team activities focused on quality outcomes.
- Capability to derive insights through trend and variance analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Legal/regulatory awareness, specifically regarding FCA, BCOBS, PSR, and HMRC regimes.
