Summary: The Assistant Principal Officer (Housing for All) role is a contract position aimed at supporting the Principal Officer in managing the Housing for All initiative. This position is available exclusively to current NIHE staff and may last up to six months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role involves assisting in the delivery of business objectives and the effective operation of the HFA team. Candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements to be eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal Officer in the administration and management of the Housing for All initiative.
- Support the delivery of business objectives related to the HFA team.
- Ensure effective conduct of core activities within the HFA team.
Key Skills:
- Degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6) with a minimum of two years' relevant experience, or HND (Level 5) with three years' experience, or equivalent professional development with four years' experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
