Summary: The Finance Transformation Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in the Change team at Deloitte, focusing on driving innovation and standardization within Finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading small change projects and supporting larger change initiatives across Finance teams.
• Analyzing and challenging existing finance processes to drive standardization and improvements.
• Identifying opportunities for Finance to add commercial value and supporting technology adoption.
• Project managing and reporting on projects to ensure transparency on deadlines and risks.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Supporting change management activities and business case development.
• Delivering multiple projects on time while meeting senior management expectations.
• Contributing to firmwide transformation projects and enhancing the team’s brand and reputation.
